The Carillon Institute
The Carillon Institute acts as the soul or seat for culture for the village.

In addition to owning the Meeting House, Village Green and the Carillon, it is concerned with the more intangible aesthetic and human events that take place in the village.

Its charge is to help the village live and breathe as a human, compassionate place through the arts, humanities, and education.

Homeowners Association
The neighborhood of Carillon Beach is governed by a homeowners association which is financially responsible for maintenance of all common areas and buildings, pavillions, and streets.

Association fees are assessed per lot / per year. The maintenance of each homesite and cottage will be controlled directly by each homeowner with overall standards established and monitored by the association.
